To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel or reschdule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, please contact bookings@erobeauty.com. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours, your non-refundable retainer will be forfeited, and will not apply towards a future appointment.
